Coming out of the disaster of the 2010 elections, Connecticut has been one of the few bright spots.

Now, shepherded by Gov. Malloy, State Speaker of the House Chris Donovan (who has collected several union endorsements in his run for the open CT-05 U.S. House seat) and other legislative leaders, Connecticut has passed a jobs bill on a bipartisan vote, with just one Republican in each chamber of the legislature voting against the bill.
